Background
The Fargo VA Health Care System is seeking a contractor to complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project in Fargo, ND. The project aims to upgrade the entire Fargo campus IT infrastructure to the latest VA and industry standards. The project includes demolition, new construction, plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), sprinklers/fire protection, electrical (lighting, power, systems, etc.), asbestos abatement, masonry work, structural work, and other work as required by the contract documents. Phasing and coordination shall ensure downtimes are kept to a minimum.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to provide all labor, project management, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment as required by drawings and specifications to complete the scope of work for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at Fargo VA Health Care System. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The performance period is negotiable and will begin within 365 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
