Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) New England Healthcare System in VISN 1 is seeking to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for ongoing facilities construction, including new square footage construction, alterations, and repairs of buildings and structures.

This contract aims to support various VA facilities across New England, enhancing their operational capabilities and infrastructure. The contract is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The scope of work includes construction tasks related to civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, roofing, site work, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).

The projects will be design-bid-build and will cover the following VA facilities:
- VA Togus in Maine
- VA White River Junction in Vermont
- VA Manchester in New Hampshire
- VA Central Western MA in Northampton
- Edith Nourse Rogers Veterans Memorial Hospital in Bedford
- VA Boston Health Care System (including Brockton Campus, Jamaica Plain Campus, and West Roxbury Campus)
- VA Providence in Rhode Island
- VA Connecticut Health Care System (including West Haven Campus and Newington Campus)
- Community Based Outpatient Clinics within VISN 1
- Any other VA facility within the New England Healthcare System.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this IDIQ MATOC is five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Construction projects will be performed at various locations within the VISN 1 region including Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
