Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), Miami VA Healthcare System is issuing a contract to correct functional deficiencies in the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) department.

Work Details
The project involves addressing functional deficiencies in the SPS department, including installation of Amsco 400 sterilizers with required loading equipment, Amsco 7052hp washers with specified racks and options, and Vision 1327 cart washers with utility racks.

The scope excludes sealing an opening in the mechanical room affecting air intake, which is recommended to be repaired by VA.
