Background
This is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction projects, alteration, maintenance and repairs on Veteran Affairs Medical Centers and Other Real Property Facilities. The contract is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs and is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The MATOC combined ceiling capacity is $45,000,000 with a maximum single award amount of $4,500,000 and a guaranteed minimum of $2,000.

Work Details
The work includes construction projects, alteration, maintenance and repairs on Veteran Affairs Medical Centers and Other Real Property Facilities. The primary geographical locations for the MATOC are Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Murfreesboro and Nashville, TN, along with Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Athens, Chattanooga, Clarksville, Tullahoma and Nashville, TN. The period of performance for the MATOC will be for a one-year (12 months) base period with four (4) one-year (12 months) option periods.
The initial Seed Project Task Order will be awarded to one of the successful MATOC recipients. The cost range of magnitude for the Seed Project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
