Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to install a chiller for USP 797 in building 28 at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, Texas 79106. This project will construct a N +1 Stand-alone chiller processing unit for the USP 797 and USP 800 Pharmacy Buffer rooms.

Details: Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary for the install a chiller for USP 797. All necessary testing will be required.

Work shall include:
- Thermal & moisture protection
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Installing a new roof curb
- Installation of the new chiller
- New electrical work
- Other work as shown on the drawings and specifications.

Period of Performance: 365 Calendar Days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed to complete the project work.

Place of Performance: Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, Texas 79106.
