FY26: NRM (PROJ:673-23-107) BB Install Continuous Water Quality for Legionella Directive Compliance   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for a project titled 'Bid Build – Install Continuous Water Quality Monitoring for Legionella Directive Compliance' at the James A. Haley Veteran’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida.

The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with VA Directive 1061 by installing a modern continuous water monitoring system, which is currently lacking at the facility. This system will monitor all incoming water sources on campus and facilitate necessary adjustments to engineering controls.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the installation of a new water monitoring system at the James A. Haley VA Hospital.

The scope includes:
- Installation of a centrally integrated water monitoring system that tracks essential data for real-time and historical water analysis.
- Monitoring of all incoming water sources on campus, including municipal supplies, wells, and water towers, as well as all building supply connections.
- Ensuring compliance with VA Directive 1061 regarding continuous water monitoring.
- The project magnitude is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
