The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida / South Georgia Veterans Health System is searching for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned SB (SDVOSB) firms who have demonstrated design and construction experience under a Bid Build (BB) Contract, with the ability to Renovate Clinical Research Laboratories. The VA is searching for firms who can complete the perform the construction of Renovate Clinical Research Laboratories in the Malcom Randall VAMC. Project Overview: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Renovate Clinical Laboratories required by drawings and specifications. and other specific tasks as further defined by the SOW. As part of its market research, The Network Contracting Office (NCO8) is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested Service-Disabled Veteran Owned SB (SDVOSB) contractors capable of performing the above work.
