Expand Building 1 for Primary Care (Minor) Construction - Fargo   3

Background
The project involves the expansion of Building 1 for Primary Care, including rerouting part of the road between the Medical Center and the flood wall, relocating the flood wall basin and road further away from the building addition to comply with a 25-foot stand-off requirement in the Physical Security and Resilience design manual. The flood wall will need to remain operational year-round.
Foundation work includes providing helical piers to a suitable depth as noted in the contract documents. The addition is basic and provides a 2-story addition with the first floor made into a Whole Health clinic space with supporting rooms, and the basement turned into mechanical space and space for EMS (offices, work rooms, lockers, etc.).
