Background
The St. Louis (Jefferson Barracks) Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking a general contractor to construct a new Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Data Center in the basement of Building 56.

This project aims to relocate the existing data center from Building 1 to Building 56, enhancing the infrastructure necessary for the VAMC's operations.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- General Conditions: All general, safety, and management requirements as depicted in the contract documents.
- General Construction: General constructions, alterations, and selective demolition as specified.
- Electrical Work: All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for electrical construction work including power (normal and emergency), lighting, bonding, UPS systems, and building management system interfaces.
- Mechanical Work: All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for mechanical construction work including HVAC assessment and installation.
- Telecommunication Work: Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for telecommunication construction including new data outlets, patch panels, and Cat 6A cabling.
- Site and Civil Work: Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for civil site construction as required.
- Environmental Work: Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for environmental work as specified in the contract documents.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete the entire project within 240 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
