Background
The St. Louis Jefferson Barracks VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to provide infrastructure improvements including electrical upgrades, HVAC reconfiguration, renovation of existing space and data center, communication infrastructure upgrades, physical security upgrades, hazardous material abatement, and fiber infrastructure backbone assessment and upgrade. The project includes buildings 1, 2, 3, 3T, 18, 23, 24, 25, 51, 51T, 52, 53, 53T, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 60T, 61 and site.

Work Details
The construction tasks include electrical panel upgrade; power (normal and emergency); bonding; UPS; Building Management System interfaces; assessment for new and upgrades to existing HVAC; reconfiguration; expansion and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes); renovation of existing Data Center (piping, exterior wall, interior wall for waterproofing); communication infrastructure (new Data outlets, patch panels; upgrade to Cat 6A cable); physical security upgrades; assessment and upgrade of fiber infrastructure backbone campus-wide within buildings and between buildings; install diversified path to datacenter for WAN; hazardous material abatement.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete the entire project concerning Line Items 0001 - 0007 no later than 730 calendar days after receiving the NOTICE TO PROCEED.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at St. Louis Jefferson Barracks VAMC.
