PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of this project includes but is not limited to the following infrastructure improvements: Prepare and install OIT materials in the VA campus for EHRM Upgrades. The main campus of Omaha VA Medical Campus, Omaha, Nebraska, will require a near-complete re-cabling of the main hospital Building 1 and all associated buildings shown in the plans. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 14, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Proposals received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million. The solicitation is expected to be issued in FY 2023. The period of performance is approximately 1,095 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of Construction is expected to be between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.00.
