Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish equipment, testing, labor, and materials. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, and certain other items.

Details: The work to be completed under the contract includes:

- Line Item 0001: Base Bid (General Construction) - The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and supervision to construct the Mental Health Outpatient Building. The work must be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The contractor has 540 calendar days from the receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED to complete the project.

- Line Item 0002: Deduct No. 1 - This includes all work in Line Item 0001 (Base Bid) with certain exceptions. The contractor has 537 calendar days from the receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED to complete the project.

- Line Item 0003: Deduct No. 2 - This includes all work in Line Item 0002 with certain exceptions. The contractor has 534 calendar days from the receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED to complete the project.
