Description

Project Title: Refurbish and Upgrade Elevators in Bldg. 1 and 27

Project Location: Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, Spokane, Washington

Project Description: Provide construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other services necessary for project 668-18-109, Refurbish and Upgrade Elevators in Bldg. 1 and 27 at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, Spokane WA. Building 1 is an existing building that was built in 1950. Building 27 is an existing building that was built in 1998. Total project duration is 900 calendar days.

This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). At the time of proposal submission, interested contractors MUST be registered and certifed in the following databases: System for Award Management: https://www.sam.gov and Small Business Administration (SBA) at vetcert@sba.gov.
