Posting this notice in order to publish the solicitation under a current year requirement number. The old requirement number was 36C26024R0027 and the presolicitation notice for this project was published under that number. The solicitation under this current year requirement number should be published shortly. The new POC is Stephen Slaby, stephen.slaby@va.gov. Prior Information is found under a search for 36C26024R0027. Provided under that notice were the following: Draft 36C26024R0027 Attachment 1 663-18-102_SOW Attachment 2 663-18-102_Drawings Phase IIa Attachment 3 663-18-102_Drawings Phase IIb Attachment 4 663-18-102_Wage Determination The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, intends to issue a Request for Proposals on behalf of VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle, WA, to interested sources to provide the following: Replace Roofs Seattle VA Phase II (NRM 663-18-102) This procurement will be advertised as an open market, SVOSB set-aside, NAICS code 236220 is applicable for the size standard.
