NCO 20 intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Construction Services to support VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS). a. Project Scope: Renovate the existing Sterile Processing Service to increase functionality and provide a modernized SPS. The project will correct noted facility deficiencies as well as improve efficiency for the SPS service line and associated ancillary spaces in the basement of Building 100, in addition the contractors will be providing the SPS team a temporary Sterilization Processing Service trailer for the duration site work at the VAPSHCS Seattle Campus at all construction phases. b. This is a Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern (SDVSOB) set-aside. c. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. d. The anticipated contract will consist of a Base and no calendar options. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed 410 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 e. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about 7 July 2023. A Pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 28 July 2023 @ 0900 Bldg. 11 Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle WA. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or-about 25 August 2023.
