Abatement and Clean-up at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center Waco, TX. 36C25724B0015 The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the services to abate and clean-up Buildings 17 and 14. All work performed will be done at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility Buildings 17 and 14 in Waco, at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45.0 M. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, the date, time and location will be posted in the solicitation. The POC for this project will be Michael Walls.
