PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This notice serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for construction Project #668-24-104 Replace Wayfinding for Entire Campus, located at the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Please refer to the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for details. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Veterans Affairs will issue the solicitation on or about July 14th, 2025, via SAM.gov.
