Background
The upcoming solicitation for construction Project #668-24-104, titled 'Replace Wayfinding for Entire Campus', is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The project is located at the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane, WA. The goal of this contract is to enhance wayfinding signage throughout the campus to improve navigation for patients and visitors. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and documentation necessary to complete the project. Key tasks include:

- Removing existing interior and exterior wayfinding signage;
- Procuring new signage;
- Installing new signposts, monument signs, building designations, exterior directional signage, interior directional signage, and lobby signage;
- Restoring areas where existing signs are removed to match existing finishes;
- Ensuring all signage complies with current VA wayfinding standards as per the VA Signage Manual PG-18-10.

The work will also involve maintaining access for staff and visitors during construction activities and implementing infection control measures as specified in the SOW. The contractor must ensure that any removed signage has its replacement installed on the same day or provide temporary signage to maintain wayfinding capabilities.

Period of Performance
The total project duration is set for 250 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
