Background
The contract is for the Indianapolis EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, and performing all necessary tasks to complete the project as per attached specifications and drawings. The entire project must be completed within 960 calendar days after receiving the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The contract is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns.

Work Details
The construction tasks include general construction work for infrastructure upgrades in Indianapolis. The contractor is responsible for attending any Post Award conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration.
Bid materials consisting of drawings, specifications, and contract forms are included as part of the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The contractor must submit bids via email and acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation. Technical questions must be submitted in writing by a specified date. The work will be under the direction of a Department of Veterans Affairs representative, who may designate another VA employee to act as resident engineer at the construction site.
