Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of infrastructure and data center upgrades at the Atlanta, GA Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The goal of this contract is to enhance the electronic health record management (EHRM) capabilities and improve the overall functionality of the data center to better serve veterans.

Work Details
The scope of work includes general construction tasks such as demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services. Specific tasks involve:

1. Demolition of existing structures as necessary;
2. General construction activities required for the new installations;
3. Mechanical work including HVAC systems;
