EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction John Cochran   3

Background
The St. Louis (John Cochran) VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct twenty-four (24) Telecommunication rooms at Building 1. Infrastructure improvements include but not limited to: Electrical - (electrical panel upgrade, power (normal, emergency), Bonding, UPS, Building Management System interfaces, assess for new and upgrades to existing HVAC, reconfiguration, expansion and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes), construction of a new telecommunication tower located on the exterior of the building, communication infrastructure (new Data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable), physical security upgrades, assess and upgrade fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide within building 1, and hazardous material abatement as required.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and supervision to complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The contractor shall complete the entire project no later than 730 calendar days after the contractor receives the NOTICE TO PROCEED.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is 730 calendar days after the contractor receives the NOTICE TO PROCEED.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at St. Louis (John Cochran) VAMC.
