Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades in Erie, PA. The goal of this contract is to enhance the infrastructure supporting the Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM) system, which is critical to the VA's mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

Work Details
The scope of work includes all construction tasks necessary for the successful completion of the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project. This encompasses:

1. Provision of all necessary proposal materials including drawings and specifications;
2. Submission of a lump sum price for Line Items 0001 and 0002 (Base);
3. Requirement for a Bid Guarantee amounting to at least 20% of the proposal price, not exceeding $3,000,000;
4. Provision of Payment and Performance Bonds upon award;
5. Compliance with applicable taxes;
6. Attendance at a pre-proposal site visit for potential bidders;
7. Adherence to technical capability requirements and submission formats as specified in the solicitation documents.
