Background
The Lyons EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project is issued by the Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Lyons, NJ Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The mission of the VA is to provide high-quality healthcare and services to veterans. The goal of this contract is to enhance the infrastructure related to Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM) at the facility, ensuring that it meets modern standards and requirements.

Work Details
The scope of work under this contract includes general construction tasks such as selective demolition, alterations, and necessary removal of existing structures. Specific tasks include:
- Architectural Modifications
- Installation of Fire Protection Systems
- Plumbing Systems installation
- Mechanical systems installation
- Electrical Systems installation
- Telecommunication Systems setup
- Fire Alarm installation
- Provisioning of Equipment, Fixtures, and Finishes. All work must comply with the attached specifications and drawings. The contractor is responsible for providing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for project completion.

Period of Performance
The entire project must be completed no later than 960 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed.
