Description

The Bay Pines VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct a Dental Clinic. Project involves general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition of existing modular building T203, selected site utilities, gravel parking lot, select concrete walkways, and select trees. General construction will also include installation of a new generator, and the construction of parking lot and driveway with permeable pavement.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete the entire project no later than 550 calendar days after receiving the NOTICE TO PROCEED.
