Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking a contractor to replace the Committal Shelter at Wood National Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI. The project involves providing all management and supervision, labor, equipment, material, supplies, etc., necessary to accomplish the construction service. The project is a 100% Small Business set aside procurement and competition is restricted to Small Business construction firms. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. There is an organized pre-bid site visit scheduled and interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide complete construction services to prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures.
