Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) intends to perform construction at the Emergency Pharmacy Service (EPS) Warehouse. The goal of this contract is to correct HVAC and storm drain systems to maintain a reliable environment for storing pharmaceuticals.

Work Details
The construction includes general requirements, existing conditions, concrete, metals, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage systems. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project including labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services, communications, security, operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, permits, construction, installation, and commissioning. The contractor must also coordinate with subcontractors and ensure quality and timely delivery of the final product.
