Background
The National Park Service (NPS), part of the Department of the Interior (DOI), is issuing a solicitation for construction services related to the Grant Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collections and Canyon Collections project located at Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming.

The goal of this contract is to enhance wastewater management facilities within the park, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and improving operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contract involves comprehensive construction tasks including:
1. Construction of new buildings and facilities such as site civil and yard piping, headworks facility, process facility, bioreactors and digesters facility, dewatering facility, drying beds, intraplant pump station, generator building, O&M storage building, and new underground diesel and propane storage tanks.
2. Rehabilitation of existing lagoons.
3. Demolition of various existing structures including buildings, lagoons, drying beds, and sludge basins.
4. Rehabilitation of force mains sewer lines and associated buildings.
5. Construction or rehabilitation of lift stations.
6. Installation of telemetry systems with integration into a park-wide SCADA system for remote monitoring of system processes to reduce after-hours call-outs.

The contractor will also be responsible for providing an overall project schedule upon award and delivering as-constructed drawings.

The estimated period of performance for this contract is 975 calendar days.
