Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Denver Service Center (DSC) is soliciting proposals on a full and open basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described. The Comprehensive Facility Rehabilitation on Manitou Islands is meant to address a maintenance backlog spread over 35 historic structures, two ferry docks, and utility infrastructure. This is a Design Bid Build Project.

Work Details
Work involved in this project includes but is not limited to: Dock Replacements, Trail improvements, Dredging, Utility Infrastructure Repairs (Sewer / Septic, Water and Electrical infrastructure), New wells and chlorination building construction, Contaminated Soils Removal, Historic Building exterior envelope repairs to approximately 35 structures.
