Background
The solicitation is for the SLBE 318729 Comprehensive Facility Rehabilitation on Manitou Islands. The acquisition is being conducted as an Unrestricted Full and Open Competition. The magnitude of construction is stated to be more than $10,000,000. The project is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available.
