Site Work and Concrete Slab Installation - Maine

Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Wells, ME has a requirement for Site Work and Concrete Slab Installation at Rachel Carson NWR. The anticipated performance period is four months from award unless unforeseen circumstances are found. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is 100% small business set aside and is conducted under the procedures of Part 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03.

Work Details
The work to be accomplished under this contract consists of the construction of a concrete slab on grade for a future storage building, to be constructed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at a later date. The proposed location for the concrete slab will be staked in the field by the on-site Government representative as shown in the picture in the Appendix to this document.
Some concrete slab details are also shown in the Appendix. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work according to these specifications and as shown on sketches in the Appendix.
