Description

Shoshone Wildland Fire Operations and Field Office
Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for the GAOA Shoshone Field Office Replacement project. The mission of the BLM is to manage public lands for multiple uses while ensuring the health of the land for future generations. The goal of this contract is to construct a new field office that meets modern standards and supports the agency's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the construction of office buildings as part of the GAOA Shoshone Field Office Replacement project. Specific tasks include:
- Site preparation and grading
- Foundation work
- Structural framing
- Installation of roofing systems
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations
- Interior finishes including drywall, flooring, and painting
