Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), part of the United States Department of the Interior, is conducting market research through this sources sought notice for the Shoshone Field Office Replacement project. The goal is to gather information on interested businesses and their qualifications to develop an acquisition strategy.

Work Details
The project requires all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete various construction tasks, including:
- Construction of site features such as curb and gutter, sidewalks, slabs, concrete pavement, drainage systems, site utilities, and site demolition.
- Construction of a new building that includes:
- Structure and foundation work
- Layout and installation of systems and equipment
- Electrical and grounding systems
- Water system installation
- Plumbing and waste piping installation
- HVAC system installation
- Building demolition as necessary.
