Description

GAOA SHOSHONE FIELD OFFICE REPLACEMENT
Background
The United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing a solicitation for the GAOA Shoshone Field Office Replacement project. The BLM's mission includes managing public lands for various uses while ensuring their sustainability. This contract aims to construct a new field office building at the Shoshone Administrative Site, enhancing operational capabilities and providing a modern facility for BLM staff.

Work Details
The project requires all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of a new building. Key tasks include:

1. Complete construction of site features such as curb and gutter, sidewalks and slabs, concrete pavement, drainage system, site utilities, and site demolition.

2. Construct the new building including its structure and foundation, layout and installation of systems and equipment (electrical and grounding), water system, plumbing and waste piping, HVAC installation, building demolition, and other required elements.
