Background
The solicitation is for the replacement of shoreline barriers at Smiling Cove and Outer Cove, American Memorial Park, Saipan. Work Details
The purpose of this project is to repair the failed concrete mat shoreline protection along the west causeway of the Outer Cove Marina and the eroded earthen shoreline at the end of the east causeway of the Outer Cove Marina. The original concrete mat protection was constructed roughly 30 years ago.
The work includes repairing and replacing shoreline barriers and constructing a new sidewalk along West Causeway. The Contractor shall commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete it within 457 calendar days after receiving the award.

Period of Performance
The performance period for the contract is mandatory and negotiable. It includes commencement of work within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and completion within 457 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at American Memorial Park, Saipan.
