Background
The solicitation is for construction services for the Rachel Carson Multipurpose Facility in Kennebunk, Maine. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Work Details
The work includes partial demolition and renovation of an existing historically sensitive building, construction of a new addition, and site work at the Rachel Carson NWR.
