Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for the GAOA - Orovada Fire Engine Cover & Crew Quarters project located in Humboldt County, NV. This project aims to construct a fire engine cover and crew quarters to enhance fire response capabilities in the region. The estimated cost for this project falls between $5 million and $10 million.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of a fire station building and crew quarters as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include:
1. Construction of the Fire Station Building as per Attachment 1.
2. Construction of Crew Quarters as per Attachment 2.
3. General site work as outlined in Attachment 3.
4. Adherence to performance specifications detailed in Attachment 5.
5. Compliance with room requirements specified in Attachment 6.
6. Implementation of sustainability measures as outlined in Attachment 9.
7. Review and incorporation of findings from the Fire Station Reports and Feasibility Study (Attachment 8).
8. The contractor must also ensure that all work complies with applicable safety standards, quality control measures, and federal regulations regarding historical preservation.

Period of Performance
The contractor is expected to begin performance within 7 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete the work within a timeframe of approximately 70 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the designated site in Orovada, Humboldt County, Nevada.
