Background
The Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project aims to provide a reliable water supply to the Navajo Nation and surrounding communities. This contract focuses on the construction of Turnout Buildings as part of the San Juan Lateral segment of the project, ensuring that safety and health standards are strictly adhered to throughout the construction process.

Work Details
The contractor is required to prepare and retain comprehensive safety plans, programs, training content, and records applicable to the scope of work. Key tasks include:

1. Developing a site-specific safety program that must be submitted and accepted prior to commencing onsite work.

2. Conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for each phase of work, which must also be accepted before starting any onsite activities.
