Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP Pumping Plants (PP) 2&3
Background
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado (UC) Region, Four Corners Construction Office (FCCO), is issuing this Sources Sought notice to determine the availability and capability of small business sources for a contemplated construction project titled: Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP) Pumping Plants (PP) 2 & 3. The NGWSP is a major infrastructure project that once constructed, will convey a reliable municipal and industrial water supply from the San Juan River to the eastern section of the Navajo Nation, southwestern portion of the Jicarilla Apache Nation, and the city of Gallup, New Mexico via about 300 miles of pipeline, 19 pumping plants, and two water treatment plants.

Work Details
The principal components of work for PP 2 & 3 include, but are not limited to, the following: Construct Pumping Plant No. 2 and the following components: Access Road, Metal Building, Vertical Centrifugal Can-Type Pumps, Steel Manifold Piping, Air Chambers, Electrical System, Water Storage Tank, Precast Concrete Manholes and Vaults, SCADA System, Continuous chlorine residual sampling system.
Construct Pumping Plant No. 3 and the following components: Access Road, Metal Building, Vertical Centrifugal Can-Type Pumps, Steel Manifold Piping, Air Chambers, Electrical System, Water Storage Tank, Precast Concrete Manholes and Vaults, SCADA System. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000.

For Pumping Plant 3, work is located approximately 22 miles south of Shiprock in San Juan County. Project is east of U.S. Highway 491.
