Background
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Four Corners Construction Office is issuing a Sources Sought notice to assess the availability and capability of small business sources for the construction project titled Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP) Pumping Plant 1 (PP1). This project aims to provide a reliable municipal and industrial water supply from the San Juan River to various regions including the eastern section of the Navajo Nation and the city of Gallup, New Mexico.

The NGWSP involves extensive infrastructure development including approximately 300 miles of pipeline, 19 pumping plants, and two water treatment plants.

Work Details
The contract involves the construction of Pumping Plant No. 1 which includes:
1. Access/Haul Road Regrading and Resurfacing;
2. Metal Building;
3. Vertical Centrifugal Can-Type Pumping Systems;
4. Steel Manifold Piping;
5. Air Chambers;
6. Electrical System;
7. Precast Concrete Vault;
8. Control System. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $35,000,000 and $50,000,000.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed south of the San Juan River, approximately 13 miles west of Farmington, New Mexico in San Juan County.
