Background
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin (UCB) Region, Four Corners Construction Office (FCCO) is issuing a Sources Sought notice to identify small business sources for the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP) Intake & River Pumping Plant.

This major infrastructure project aims to provide a reliable municipal and industrial water supply from the San Juan River to various regions including the eastern section of the Navajo Nation and the city of Gallup, New Mexico. The contract involves the construction of the Intake & River Pumping Plant for the NGWSP, which includes:
