This procurement is a solicitation in accordance with FAR Subpart 36 and FAR Subpart 15. The government intends to award two (2) or more indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts under this solicitation. The solicitation will result in one firm fixed-price (FFP) task order as a seed project. This procurement is a competitive offer and the solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127), offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. In order to be eligible for award Offerors must be verified as a SDVOSB by VA's Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Default.aspx). The NAICS Code is 236220, with a business size standard of $36.5 Million. The Scope of Work: Work performed under this IDIQ will include but not be limited to the following project categories: Construction, repair and alteration of various facilities Construction, repairs and alteration of Electrical Systems (ES) Construction, repair and alteration of Mechanical Systems (e.g. HVAC systems, and controls.) Construction, repair and alteration of Plumbing Systems This IDIQ will support all locations specified as part of the Network Contracting Office (NCO) - 17, to include: North Texas Veterans Health Care System (NTX) Dallas, TX, 75216 (Zone 1), Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTX) Temple, TX, 76504 (Zone 2), Austin Information Technology Center (AITC), Austin TX, 78714, South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STX) San Antonio, TX, 78228(Zone 3) and Valley Costal Bend Veterans Health Care System (VCB) Harlingen, TX, 78850 (Zone 3).
