Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of the Extend Public Launch Ramp at Hemenway Harbor, located within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Boulder City, Nevada. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for extending the public launch ramp at Hemenway Harbor. The scope of work includes:
1) Site preparation and grading;
2) Construction of concrete ramp extensions;
3) Installation of necessary drainage systems;
4) Compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards;
5) Coordination with local authorities and stakeholders;
6) Adherence to project specifications outlined in sections B through J of the solicitation documents.

The magnitude of construction is estimated to be greater than $10,000,000.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from December 1, 2024, to December 1, 2026. The contractor is required to begin work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all tasks within a total of 730 calendar days.

The construction projects will be performed at Hemenway Harbor within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Boulder City, Nevada.
