Work Details
Phase II of the project includes the rehabilitation of the existing Kilauea Visitor Center (KVC), the demolition and replacement of the existing 1,350 SF comfort station adjacent to the KVC, and the replacement of the existing KVC 3,150 SF lanai with an expanded 6,200 SF lanai. The acquisition is being conducted via a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a magnitude of construction greater than $10 million. Offerors are required to submit proposals and questions, acknowledge solicitation amendments, and adhere to proposal submittal requirements as stated in section 'L' of the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 487 calendar days after receiving award or notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
