HAVO 305150 Demolish and Replace Volcano Disaster Damaged Facilities at Uekahun   4

Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Denver Service Center (DSC), is soliciting proposals on a small business set-aside basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below. The project will repair or replace critical park infrastructure and visitor facilities damaged in the 2018 eruption addressing the NPS long term operational and visitor use needs.

Work Details
The project consists of four different and separate scopes of work at Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park, Hawai‘i: (1) Demolish and Replace HAVO Volcano Disaster Damaged Facilities at Uēkahuna Bluff and Jaggar Museum; (2) Realign Crater Rim Drive and Expand Entrance Station to Improve Visitor Safety; (3) Replace Damaged Fiber Optic Line; and (4) Replace Failing Water Distribution System. The project will address the repair and replacement of facilities and functions lost at Uēkahuna in a 2018 volcanic event. It will also realign Crater Rim Drive in the area of the park Entrance Station to improve visitor safety, replace damaged fiber optic line, and replace failing water distribution system.
