Background
The solicitation is for the improvement of the potable water supply to Innercanyon and South Rim, Transcanyon Water Distribution Pipeline at Grand Canyon National Park. The work includes various construction projects and trades to be completed under the contract.

Work Details
The work includes several project areas such as South Rim Water Treatment Facility, Bright Angel Pipeline Rehabilitation, Havasupai Gardens Distribution Improvements, Phantom Ranch Treatment and Electrical Improvements, and Roaring Springs to Cottonwood Campground Pipeline Rehabilitation. The tasks involve early completion of raw water tanks, water treatment plant start-up, pipeline rehabilitation, electrical distribution improvements, and closure of segments of the Bright Angel Trail and River Trail. The work also requires coordination with separate contractors and minimal impact on NPS operations and visitor enjoyment.
