GATE 318738 - Design Build - Rehab Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Utility Systems at Fort Wadsworth
This is a presolicitation notice. No response or proposal is required at this time. See the attached document for further information.
Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Denver Service Center (DSC), is soliciting proposals on a full and open basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described. The project is to rehabilitate water, wastewater, and stormwater utility systems at Fort Wadsworth, on Staten Island. These utility systems provide for both visitor use and park operations.

Work Details
The project will likely consist of the following tasks:
1. Replace/rehabilitate all waste-water lines and manholes.
2. Replace/rehabilitate all water distribution lines, laterals, appurtenances, and fire hydrants.
3. Evaluate condition of stormwater system of approximately 18,000 linear feet and condition of associated infrastructure (manholes and inlets).
4. Replace/rehabilitate as needed all stormwater piping and structures.
5. Correct areas of standing water in roadways.
