Facility Maintenance and Repair IDIQ   3

Background
The Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Facility Maintenance and Repair services at various locations in the Upper Great Plains (UGP) and Rocky Mountain Region (RMR).

The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and repair of facilities to support the DOE's mission effectively. The seed project for this IDIQ is the Letcher Substation, Stage 03.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of facility maintenance and repair tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes but is not limited to:

- General repairs
- Preventive maintenance
- Emergency repairs
- Other related services necessary to maintain operational efficiency.

Specific tasks may involve electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems maintenance, structural repairs, and compliance with safety regulations. The contractor must also adhere to all applicable standards for inspection and acceptance as detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be specified in individual task orders issued under this IDIQ contract. Each task order will detail the commencement date and completion timeline based on the specific requirements of the project.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various locations within the Upper Great Plains (UGP) and Rocky Mountain Region (RMR).
