Description

ELMA-CREATE UNIVESALLY ACCESSIBLE TRAIL
Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of a universally accessible trail at El Malpais National Monument in Grants, New Mexico. The project aims to enhance accessibility and improve visitor experience while aligning with the agency's mission to preserve natural and cultural resources for future generations.
