DEVA 335272 Repair Flood Damaged Titus Canyon Road   2

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the repair of flood-damaged Titus Canyon Road under project DEVA 335272. The goal of this contract is to restore the road to ensure safe access and preserve the integrity of the park's infrastructure following significant flood damage. This acquisition is being conducted as a Small Business Set Aside, with a magnitude of construction estimated between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing various construction tasks necessary to repair Titus Canyon Road. Specific work requirements include:
- Restoration of road surfaces and drainage systems affected by flooding.
- Installation of erosion control measures to prevent future damage.
- Compliance with all applicable regulations and standards as outlined in sections B through J of the solicitation documents.
- Attendance at a pre-proposal site visit as referenced in section L for further understanding of project scope and conditions.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all work within 365 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Titus Canyon Road within Death Valley National Park.
