Construction Multiple Award Contract (C-MAC)
Background
The solicitation is for a Construction Multiple Award Contract (C-MAC) for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and Bureau of Indian Education (BIE). The contract aims to provide construction, maintenance, repair, and modification of real property and equipment to ensure cost-effective, energy-efficient, quality, safe, and reliable facilities.

Work Details
The contract includes tasks related to facility maintenance and repair, structural and accessory components maintenance, interior and exterior finishes maintenance, floor coverings maintenance, painting services, roofing repair and maintenance, electrical system inspection and repair, fire protection systems installation and maintenance, generator installation and electric power systems inspection.
