Section M revised to include paragraph (e) which was not included in the original or any previous amendments.
Offerors should review paragraph (e) of the revised section M which is attached as pard of this amendment.
Reclamation is soliciting in Fiscal Year 2024 with an anticipated award occurring in Fiscal Year 2025.

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, is issuing this solicitation for the construction of the Clear Creek Dam Fish Passage Facility as part of their mission to manage water resources and provide sustainable solutions.
